1. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

Custom and Personalized Goods: Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Because every AutoVita poster is generated uniquely by AI at your direction and printed on-demand specifically for you by our printing partner, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse. Please review your digital preview carefully before placing a print order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your poster arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is misprinted (i.e., different from the digital preview you ordered), we will issue a free replacement or a refund.

To request a replacement for a damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  3. Do not return the item unless specifically requested by our support team.

3. Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will work with our printing partner and the shipping carrier to track down your package. If the package is deemed lost in transit, we will issue a free replacement. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

4. Studio Sessions & Digital Generation Credits

Purchases of AutoVita Studio Sessions (which provide digital image generation) are considered the supply of digital content. By initiating a "Re-roll" or generating an image, you consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content generation has begun.

5. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved (e.g., due to a defective item), the refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
