AutoVita partners with Prodigi, a global print-on-demand fulfillment network. This means that when you place an order, your specific AI-generated car poster is automatically routed to the printing facility closest to your delivery address.

Because items are printed locally when possible, this reduces carbon emissions and ensures faster delivery times. Order fulfillment (printing and packaging) typically takes 2-4 business days before shipping.

Once your poster is printed and handed off to the carrier, shipping times will vary based on your location:

• UK & Europe: 2 - 5 business days
• USA & Canada: 3 - 7 business days
• Australia: 4 - 8 business days
• Rest of World: 7 - 14 business days

* Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be slightly impacted by public holidays, postal strikes, or severe weather conditions.

Because we use a global printing network, your poster is usually printed in the same region it is delivered, meaning no customs duties apply. However, in the rare event that an order must cross an international border, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes imposed by their country's customs agency. AutoVita cannot control or predetermine these fees.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping status and a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the facility.

For missing or delayed items, please note that we can only assist with claims for packages that do not arrive if reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to handle defective items.
